Cooking Instructions

Roast walnuts. ( You could do it on the stove, bit very satisfying in microwave). Water your hands and shake the walnuts with them to easily salt them. Put them in microwave for 3 min. In the same bowl add cottage cheese and sheep sour milk. Drizzle with olive oil.
