• You grant fitsate a license to use, store, and display your content solely for providing the service to you.

• You may export or delete your content at any time through your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

5. AI Features

fitsate includes AI-powered features for meal recommendations, voice logging, and coaching:

• All AI processing is performed locally on our servers using self-hosted models.
• Your data is never sent to third-party AI providers.
• AI recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.
• Voice recordings are transcribed locally and stored securely in your account.

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• fitsate is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the service.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of nutritional information you enter.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service, if any.

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
